Standard conditions limit liability to a maximum cover per parcel consignment to £100
Claims for damage must be made within 3 working days from the date of signature and with regards to loss, a claim must be reported within 20 working days.
Parcelforce – Express 24
Standard conditions cover up to £150 per consignment for loss or damage with specific limits on parcel dimensions and prohibited goods.
All loss or damage claims will only be accepted if 7 working days or more have passed since the item was due. Claims must be filed within 30 calendar days of the eligible claim date.
Parcelforce – Global Priority
Standard conditions cover up to £100 of inclusive compensation.
Any compensation paid for damage, is limited to repair costs subject to the maximum limits.
Fedex – Express
Sets international export compensation at the lower of the actual cost, repair cost, or a standard liability limit of $100 per shipment or approximately £12.00 per kilo.
Liability for purely economic loss or other claims is limited to £3.50 per kilo capped at £15,000 per event.
UPS – Express Saver
Does not include standard carrier liability for loss or damage. Compensation terms are divided in to declare value, liability limits and delayed shipments.
